About

I'm Rose. Here's my story, and why I started Aséko.

Ten years doing marketing for others. Now, I do it for the ones who really need it.

Who I am

Ten years doing marketing for large structures. Now, for the ones who really need it.

My path went through freelancers, small businesses, nonprofits, established organizations. Very different on the surface, but with one thing in common: they all needed someone who could tell what actually works from what only keeps you busy.

What interests me in this job isn't the technique. It's what the technique makes possible: connecting a good idea with the people who need it, growing a project you believe in, turning a vision into something tangible. When it's done well, marketing stops looking like marketing. It looks like a fair exchange between someone offering something and someone who needs it.

That's what I've been trying to protect for ten years, and what I now bring to my Aséko clients.

Where I come from

I've worked in very different environments. Small structures with limited means. Nonprofits where every euro is counted. Commercial businesses where every word and every visual has a direct impact on results.

This diversity taught me one essential thing: there is no universal marketing strategy. What works for a solo coach doesn't work for a boutique. What works for a nonprofit doesn't work for an SMB. What converts in a premium market falls flat with a mass-market product.

What does carry across all these contexts is the principles. Consistency between what you say and what you do. Rigor in measurement and adjustment. Precision in the words, the visuals, and the technical choices. These fundamentals are the same for everyone, and that's what I bring to my clients today.

I was also lucky to work inside structures that had the resources: teams in place, comfortable budgets, access to the best tools. That's where I truly understood what changes when strategy, method, and means are aligned.

And I've seen the opposite too. Brilliant people, with useful projects, burning out on tasks that should take ten minutes. Talented independents spending their Sundays on Canva. Businesses that don't reach the audience they should be reaching, simply because no one ever explained how.

Why Aséko

AI landed in our daily lives as a new lever. Not a miracle revolution, whatever you hear everywhere. Used well, it can do for small businesses what entire teams used to do for large ones.

But this lever, you still have to know how to use it. And that's where things break down. The market is saturated with self-proclaimed experts selling thousand-euro courses to teach you how to write a prompt. Templates that promise to solve everything. Tools that pile up without ever connecting.

Aséko was born from that tension. Not from a spark, not from a revelation. From one simple observation: the people who could benefit the most from AI in marketing are precisely the ones no one is actually speaking to. Not with enough patience. Not with enough honesty. Not with enough time.

I built Aséko to close exactly that gap.

How I work

The way I work comes down to three principles I've never been willing to negotiate.

  • Full transparency

You understand everything that's built for you. No black box, no jargon, no "trust me, it's technical". If I can't explain what I'm doing, then I'm not doing it right.

  • With you, not instead of you

My goal isn't for you to become dependent on me. It's for you to stay in control of your marketing, understand the tools, and be able to decide with full clarity whether we keep working together or not.

  • The numbers that matter

Clients, time, revenue. Likes, views, shares are ways to get there, never the end goal. We don't celebrate a viral post that brought in nothing.

If this way of working resonates with you, we should meet.
