If you don't find your answer here, that's what the discovery call is for.
This page brings together the questions that come up most in my calls and my written exchanges. It's organized by theme so you can quickly find what concerns you. If an important question isn't here, you can send it to me directly through the contact form.
Start with an audit, not a tool. Before installing anything, you have to understand what you're already doing, what works, and what's costing you time. Only then do we pick the tools, not the other way around. Most people do it in reverse, and that's exactly why they burn out with no results.
It depends entirely on your activity, your clients, and how much time you have. A coach doesn't have the same needs as a boutique. A solopreneur just starting doesn't have the same needs as an established SMB. That's why I always start with an audit before recommending anything. Beware of "Top 10 AI tools" lists: they know nothing about you.
Three criteria: what they actually solve for you, what they cost (in money and learning time), and their ability to connect with what you already have. A "great" tool that's isolated from the rest of your stack makes you lose more time than it saves. This is something I systematically address during the audit phase.
Not necessarily, but often yes. If your clients find you elsewhere (Instagram, word of mouth, professional network) and it works, we can absolutely start without one. On the other hand, if you plan to use AI to generate content, capture leads, or automate follow-up, you need an online anchor point. We can talk about it on the discovery call.
My most accessible offer is 350 €/mo with a three-month commitment, meaning 1,050 € to start seriously. On top of that, there are the tools, which cost between 50 and 200 €/mo on average depending on what we install. It's an investment, not an expense: if AI doesn't save you at least this amount in time or revenue, I don't propose the setup.
Largely, yes. Automations, email sequences and content planning can run without daily intervention. But "without you" doesn't mean "without control": you keep the hand on the decisions that matter (tone, strategy, campaign validation). AI handles repetition, you keep the wheel.
We look at the right numbers, every month. Not the flattering indicators that lead nowhere. Clients acquired, time saved, revenue generated. If after three months none of those numbers have moved, we got something wrong somewhere and we need to adjust. Transparency on results is non-negotiable.
It depends on what we install. An automated email sequence can generate its first results in a few weeks. An AI content strategy will take two to three months to produce a measurable effect. Anyone promising you results in seven days is either lying or selling you something fragile.
By creating a clear path between the moment they discover you and the moment they buy. That path is exactly what we build together: email capture, welcome sequence, qualifying content, follow-up automation. AI speeds up every step, but it doesn't replace strategy. Having a big audience that doesn't convert is a strategy problem, not an audience problem.
By automating the right things. Repetitive tasks (sending emails, scheduling, lead qualification) can and should be automated. Human moments (first call, strategic decisions, handling an unhappy client) never are. The rule is simple: automate what wastes your time, never what makes you different.
No. All the tools I use are designed to work without code (n8n, Make, MailerLite, ManyChat). You won't have to touch a single line of code, ever. On the other hand, you'll always understand what's built at your end and why. Not to become a technician, but to stay in control of your marketing. If at any point you don't understand what I'm doing, that's on me for explaining poorly, not on you for having to learn.
By building a system, not producing on demand. We define your voice, prepare templates, automate scheduling. AI saves you 70 to 80 % of content production time, provided it's properly fed. This is one of the projects I handle most often in engagements.
ChatGPT is an excellent starting point, but it's a generalist tool. For specific tasks (email automation, batch content creation, DM handling, client data analysis), there are dedicated tools that do the job better and faster. The right strategy isn't a single tool, it's a combination adapted to your need.
By defining it clearly before automating it. I always start with work on your brand voice: tone, vocabulary, expressions to use, pitfalls to avoid. Once that framework is in place, AI produces content that sounds like you. Without that framework, it produces generic content. Voice is built upstream, not downstream.
That's what the discovery call is for. Thirty minutes, free, no commitment. You ask me your question, I answer honestly, and we see if we can move forward together.
